Jocelyne Fraser, Senior Project Manager

Armed with eight years of education focused in marketing and communications, Jocelyne has enjoyed a diverse and rewarding career.

She began in the non-profit sector, overseeing an organization’s strategic planning, public relations and communications, and developed a strong proficiency in social marketing. Her thirst for learning and leadership then led Jocelyne to test the corporate sector, where she worked for an ad agency running her own department and managing several major accounts. Years later, Jocelyne was approached with an opportunity to take the lead in establishing a communications department for the municipal government. She accepted, and single handedly developed and continued to manage the department for a number of years.

Today, Jocelyne owns and operates her own communications company and has formed an alliance with Urban Creative Co. to manage a number of marketing and communications projects. She specializes in helping companies highlight what’s unique about their product and/or service and strengthen their business through powerful, persuasive marketing and communications.
